Description:
Successfully prioritizes and resolves HR related issues to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Provides proactive partnerships and consultations to Managers and Supervisors in alignment with their strategic direction and goals. Interprets and administers a variety of human resources policies and practices involved with compensation, employee relations, benefits and training. Recognizes and responds to employee HR needs to increase satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
Five years of experience to include all aspects of HR, including Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management and Benefits. PHR/SPHR preferred. Presentation and Project Management skills required. Bilingual applicants with a proficiency in Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Education:
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field.
