The National AERS Learning Faculty (the Faculty) is responsible for developing and delivering the curriculum for the Audit and ERS practices.? We work closely with National Office groups and the firm's technical experts in determining the development needs of our AERS professionals.? We then develop and deliver the necessary learning programs to meet those needs, through researching and writing technical
learning material, as well as selecting and managing facilitators and deans for national and regional seminars.

Additionally, the Faculty coordinates with our global counterparts in DTT and in various countries to develop learning programs and material for implementation across our global firm.? As an MDP Senior Manager in the Faculty, you will be placed in challenging assignments that will help you enrich your technical and project management skills and develop a more complete understanding of the firm's strategies and resources.?

MDP Senior Managers in the Faculty will.
- Work with technical experts to develop learning materials for AERS national and regional training seminars.?
- Project-manage the development of nationally sponsored seminars.? This includes contributing to the design of the curriculum, developing and writing learning materials, and managing the seminar throughout the delivery cycle.
- Develop computer-based learning (e-learning) courses and manage the course production process.
- Prepare and conduct programs to train national
facilitators (e.g. Train-the-Trainer) in order to equip them with the skills and resources necessary to successfully complete their facilitation assignments.
- Work closely with other National Office groups to determine any new and pending firm policy and guidance on which Deloitte practitioners need to be educated.? Understand the impact of changes in policy and guidance, and incorporate the changes into the learning material.
- Serve as a liaison to practitioners in the field, including educating those in the field on the role of the Faculty, answering learning questions from the field, and responding to requests for information on learning.
- Spend a substantial amount of time observing and teaching at nationally sponsored seminars across all levels of the Organization.
- Develop global learning materials.? This includes understanding the differences in the learning materials for the global?Organization and implementing those differences in the development of new learning
materials.
- Assist in special projects.? The Faculty MDP Managers may spend a portion of their time working on special projects.? The range of opportunities is broad and can be tailored to each MDP Manager's individual skills, areas of expertise, interests, and needs of the department.
