Senior Manager - PGP Human Resources - Business Tech

Description: Leading, or in partnership with other members of the HR community to provide a full range of seamless HR support to the Business Technology client groups in the areas of: employee relations; organization design, leadership and team capability development and effectiveness; compensation and benefits, performance management, talent and succession planning. Identify opportunities to proactively support projects that assist clients in meeting key strategic objectives, and leverage knowledge across client groups. Identify potential new HR practices, processes or policies that support our business and drive excellence in our practices. Consult to clients in HR planning, making recommendations for the best utilization of existing staff or the acquisition of new talent. Develop strong business relationships and the ability to influence clients regarding the development and administration of strategic human resources services and processes. Within the HR department make recommendations to improve work processes, and help promote an atmosphere of continuous learning.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of extensive human resources generalist knowledge/experience in the following areas: performance management processes, career systems, compensation, and organizational development with particular emphasis on experience with employee relations and problem solving. The ability to work effectively in an environment of change and ambiguity is necessary in addition to consultative, influencing, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills are required. Ability to interact and build relationships at all levels of management is imperative.
