Senior Product Marketing Manager - WSS

Responsibilities:

This senior visionary enterprise software marketing professional will provide leadership for the product marketing of this company's workforce scheduling solutions.  Define the product marketing vision and strategy, develop compelling messaging and positioning, and execute on innovative marketing programs to grow and increase leading market share in workforce scheduling solutions. Responsible for price, position, promotion and placement, as well as accountable for demand creation. Evangelizing to market influencers, prospects and customers. Develop goals, budget and strategic solution business plans. Assess market needs and opportunities for solutions.Responsible for launch, introduction and lifecycle planning. Provide content expertise

Requirements:

BS/BA required, MBA preferred. 5-10 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of product/marketing management. Be the spokesperson for workforce scheduling solutions. Executive understanding of financial concepts: P&L, balance sheets, and ROI models.
