Senior Recruiter

FPMI, the leading provider of Enterprise Contract Center Operations, Human Capital Solutions and Integrated Training Solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruiter, for our Recruitment Services Division.Position to be located in Huntsville, AL.

 

The Senior Recruiter will be accountable for maintaining and developing a candidate pool. The candidate pool will be developed through networking, direct recruiting efforts, referrals, boards, etc.

 Support business goals by meeting/exceeding individual placement objectivesMeet specific needs of customers by recruiting, evaluating, presenting and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire, contract and temporary placementScreen, interview and evaluate all potential candidatesSchedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriateFollow up after interviews with both candidates and customersDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with candidates and increase FPMI?s profile by attending trade shows, recruiting events and networking opportunities within the local business community

 

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

 Familiar with current staffing industry issues and trendsUnderstand the recruiting cycleBroad understanding of technology (hardware, software, applications and project management)5+ hands-on recruiting experience in staffing industry to include a wide range of professionsProficient use of Microsoft Office suite, strong verbal, written and organizations skills.
