Senior Recruiter

HRfirst is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to assist us in providing a recruitment solution for one of our Fortune 500 customers in Irving, TX.

The Senior Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for working with our customer's hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, generate qualified candidates for exempt-level professional positions, manage relationships with hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking and generate hiring metrics for client groups.

The senior recruiter must have Corporate Recruiting experience, Headhunting (Searching for Passive Candidates) and recruiting for telecommunications positions with RF (Radio Frequency),CDMA, or GSM experience.
Experience with telephony recruitment-VOIP (voice over
Internet protocol) or related network experience would be a plus.

You will have an opportunity to use full life cycle staffing competencies and work with hiring leaders to attract key talent. The candidate will have full life cycle recruiting experience for a variety of exempt-level positions, and a high level of customer service in an agency or corporate setting. AIRS certification, a plus.
