Job Summary

Executive Recruiters are responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruiting process, which entails the following:

Client Development

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing your own book of business.  As a result, applicants must have the proven ability to develop strong relationships with business professionals to ensure repeat business and be effective at persuading and influencing Senior Management. You will be expected to develop relationships with CFOs, CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Presidents. To these professionals, you will provide consultation on their organizational structures and make any necessary recommendations to their job specifications and search assignments.  The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in a sales environment selling an intangible service to other business professionals, preferably at the C-Level. However, we will consider applicants with a variety of backgrounds.  (Please see requirements.) 

Candidate Recruitment

You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented temporary & contract business professionals. You will need to match the talents of those professionals with ongoing contract projects that you will secure from your clients. Executive Recruiters must take the time to understand their candidates? short-term goals and qualifications and match those professionals with the needs of their clients. Consequently, this position will require a well-organized person with an internal commitment to follow up consistently with these talented professionals. Ideally, applicants would have some experience with temporary staffing or contract consulting.

Qualification Requirements

Technical Skills

? Bachelor?s degree required. CPA or MBA preferred but not necessary.
? Minimum of 6-12 years of professional work experience. Recruiting, sales, or marketing experience strongly preferred.
? We will also consider professionals with outside sales or professionals with a sound knowledge of accounting and finance that have a very strong interest in a career in sales.
? Experience/knowledge of accounting or finance helpful but not necessary.

Interpersonal Skills

? Candidates must possess the following:  Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives, a strong business acumen, professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a tolerance for rejection.
? Candidates must have a desire to achieve excellence in sales and work independently. You must also desire to work in a fast paced work environment with highly motivated teammates.

This position will require overtime.
