Senior Recruiter--Energy Services--Two Openings

Human Capital Strategists is seeking two senior recruiters for a long term engagement near Columbus, Ohio, to work with a global engineering company.

Our client: A leading international engineering firm providing products and services in the defense, energy, and civil aerospace sectors, and a leading supplier of aeroderivative gas turbine compression systems for worldwide energy applications. Their products play a critical role in helping maintain adequate energy supplies for the populations of countries in nearly every part of the world.

Location: This is an onsite project northeast of Columbus, Ohio, and is a 9 month contract. Temporary housing provided for the duration of the project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting.  One recruiter will focus on supply chain and logistics professionals and the other recruiter on engineers and professionals involved in the design and production of power systems. Both recruiters should have a background in energy services or oil and gas.Skills Required:
Recruiter must have senior level full life cycle recruiting experience and expertise in the energy sector/oil and gas. Our client needs someone who can locate and attract engineers with backgrounds in energy systems, gas turbine compression systems with oil and gas industry experience. Candidate must also be able to locate supply chain management professionals within this sector. Experience with Brass Ring is preferred.
