Description:
The Sr. Technical Recruiter is responsible for utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to find and recruit engineering and technical personnel to fill our contract and direct hire positions. This is not an entry level position ... so please do not apply unless you have proven experience recruiting and placing automotive related professionals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of recruiting experience specifically in the automotive industry. Hands on background in recruiting engineers, designers, technicians, purchasing, finanace and other automotive positions required. Our firm is an approved staffing supplier to OEM, Tier and other automotive and non-automotive clients so exposure to broadcast systems and use of applicant tracking tools is highly desired. A degree is preferred, but proven success recruiting and placing consistent hires is most heavily weighted. Must be able to negotiate wages and benefits within profit margin guidelines.
