Advantage Human Resourcing has partnered with a top Global Investment firm in New York.  We are seeking a professional recruiter with strong recruitment experience, finance recruitment preferred but not necessary. Manage full cycle recruiting implementing. Cost effective hiring strategies including networking, employee referral, college liaison, professional organizations and third party recruiters will all be part of your competitive strategy.  You will be interacting at all levels of our organization, articulating plans, activities and monitoring of recruitment progress.
