We have the following opportunity in our Historic St. Marys, GA location.

 

You will manage the acquisition of talent to fill Express Scripts, Inc. employment opportunities. Helps to build and update staffing forecasts, prepares and executes recruiting strategies, acquires, directs and manages the work output of contract recruiters, counsel managers on all aspects of the hiring process, etc. Minimal travel may be required based on business need.

 

Qualifications:

?  2 to 5 years experience in recruiting, equivalent experience in a human resource specialty area required.

?  Knowledge of current employment law, worker?s compensation, ADA, EEOC, and FMLA is necessary.

?  The ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and keep issues confidential is critical to this position.

?  Proficiency in Word, Excel, PeopleSoft and the ability to learn new software is needed.

 

Education:

A bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience required. Human Resource PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
