Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:

* Senior Recruiting Director with 15+ years experience
* Experience managing large recruiting projects and initiatives
* Expertise in full-cycle recruiting
* Experience at large organizations in a variety of industries
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
* AIRS certification preferred
