Senior Recruiting Officer

Your job will provide ongoing support to the Regional Directors, Branch Office Managers (BOMs) and Business Development Officers (BDOs) in the recruiting process. You will be responsible for Quarterly field visits with the BOMs. You will provide proactive assistance to the field in sourcing ideas, competitive information, UBS Deal Structure and general support to the Recruiting Process. You will communicate the successes and best practices. You will be responsible for Competitive Deal Analysis and knowledge of competitive strengths and weaknesses. You review Letters of Understanding (LOUs) prior to sending senior management for approval. You will monitor and manage relationships with approved/temporary recruiters to maintain quality controls. You will review VIP schedules, speak to BOMs prior to trip to maximize effectiveness of visit. You will be the consultant to BOMs on specific recruiting situations. You will be the recruiting contact person for BOMs/BDOs in terms of LOUs, our current deal and firm intelligence. You will be responsible for special projects development and implementation to help drive and support firms continuing effort to reach our UBS recruiting goals. You will participate on the Regional Conference Calls. You will attend as well as manage the coordination process of VIP trips. You will monitor and manage the Target Market Campaigns.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a college degree. You have 7-10 years experience in either recruiting, branch or the financial services industry, preferably in a retail brokerage environment. You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
You a professional with an advanced degree in finance.
