Senior Recruiting Specialist
Description:
- Administer end to end recruitment process from opening requisitions in collaboration with hiring managers to sourcing qualified candidates to extending offers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to meet client needs
- Build candidate pool of diverse qualified candidates through creative and traditional sourcing methods
- Build strong relationships within line of business supported including knowledge of business and partnership with hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates are hired in a timely manner
- Work closely with recruiting coordinator to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Manage workload to ensure recruiting updates and reports are provided in a timely manner.
- Address escalated client issues from either recruiter or client perspective
- Responsible for special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
- Ensure adherence with relevant regulations and client specific process compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent professional experience required with a minimum of seven or more years experience as a recruiter.
- Proven ability to influence management decisions.
- Well versed in niche or specialized recruitment, ability to creatively source candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively with clients as well as develop robust talent pool
