 The Senior Recruitment Manager will support a diverse group of internal clients within ARAMARK's Correctional Services Division. Based in our Philadelphia corporate office, the Senior Recruitment Manager works closely with Regional Human Resources teams, Field Operations Managers, and Senior Team leaders throughout the country to ensure high caliber candidates are sourced, screened and presented for mid to senior level management and staff positions. This individual is responsible for developing and maintaining long term recruitment strategies that will ensure the Correctional Services team has the ability to efficiently recruit and strategically acquire the talent necessary to meet the needs of our growing business. The incumbent will proactively network both internally and with external organizations to identify senior level talent and build an extensive pool of high caliber bench candidates. The Senior Recruitment Manager is responsible for heavily influencing the behavior and practices of recruitment stakeholders across the business and will partner with the Training and OD team to implement recruitment related trainings, conduct needs assessments, and development strategies in conjunction with overall business objectives. As a Senior Recruitment Manager you will source and screen candidates using a variety of tools such as the internet, networking and cold calling. This individual will also be responsible for planning and attending candidate events such as job fairs and hiring conferences as well as accompanying candidates on site visits.  Additional Duties include but are not limited to:
Cultivate and maintain cross line of business partnerships, develop university relations strategies, manage vendor relationships and analyze/deliver insight around recruitment influenced metrics.
Continuously identify innovative recruiting sources and process improvements in an effort to strengthen the current recruitment strategy, model, process, systems, and measurements currently in place.
Create and implement diversity recruitment initiatives and support Affirmative Action Plans.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree plus 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or sales. In addition, they must have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment. Exceptional oral and written communication, coaching and influencing skills; strong analytical, organizational, and multi-phased project planning, management, and execution skills are essential. Solid time management and leadership skills coupled with high competency in analysis and problem solving is also required. Extensive experience using an internet based applicant tracking system and Internet sourcing is required with advanced knowledge of the internet as it relates to searching for and researching talent. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an HRIS reporting application is key. Demonstrated change management skills and effective influencing behaviors are preferred.
