Senior Strategic Recruiter
Responsible for meeting recruiting needs as reflected in recruiting orders received and strategic hiring plans. Will have responsibility for multiple businesses in potentially multiple locations. Positions recruited for would primarily be in engineering, but would also recruit for non-technical professionals as needed.
Strategic Recruiting Partner ? responsibilities include:
? Partnering with Business Management in the development of the Staffing Strategy through deep understanding of products and business strategy
? Develop Staffing Plan to include sourcing, UR, experienced, global and internal talent
? Staffing Plan execution, monitoring, review and updating
? Accountable for business staffing performance metrics
Technical Recruiting - responsibilities include:
? Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods.
? Consult with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
? Provide information about IDT and its various businesses and job opportunities to potential applicants.
? Assess talent and skills of applicants.
? Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to develop/execute various recruiting strategies.
? Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings.
? Network and build recruiting contacts.
8+ years of previous recruitment experience. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic partnership with management. Looking for candidates that have experience with full life cycle recruiting. Experience using internet sourcing tools. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of openings.
