EXPERIENCED TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, this candidate will source and screen technical talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities.

Job Scope:

?  Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.

?  Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

?  Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements via the Internet and/or newspapers, utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants

?  Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

?  Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with account managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

?  Staffing industry experience is a PLUS

?  Proven success in placing technical consultants (permanent, contract, temp to hire)

?  Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques

?  Knowledge of state and federal laws as the pertain to hiring

?  Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools

?  Great attitude and team player

?  BA/BS In Human Resources AND/OR relevant experience in a similar technical recruiting role

?  Experience recruiting for the following positions is required: ERP technical and/or functional consultants, CRM professionals, DBA's, business intelligence, data warehousing, software developers, infrastructure consultants, etc.
