This contract opportunity has long term potential and is located in Irvine, California.

The incumbent will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Electrical, Software, Mechanical and Research Engineering Direct and Contract positions at various levels. Handling job requisitions; resumes; establishing good working relationships with managers; arranging and conducting interviews; negotiating pay rates; and coordinating employment offers. Works with management team to finalize job descriptions, job postings, interview schedules and travel arrangements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of progressive HR experience performing full life cycle recruiting
- Behavioral Interviewing
- Highly skilled at sourcing resumes and cold calling techniques
- Highly skilled at sourcing candidates
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet and Recruitmax (Vurv)
- Detail-oriented and energetic individual will be skilled at multi-tasking
- BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field
- Experience working in an engineering design and development environment
