Senior Training Consultant

Title Resource Group (TRG), a leading national provider of title, escrow, and other settlement services, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Training Consultant to join our Learning & Development team. The position will be located in Mt. Laurel, NJ at TRG’s Corporate Headquarters. This individual will be responsible for:Facilitating various leadership and professional development courses both in the classroom and via the web. Programs will include, but not be limited to: Communicating Effectively as a Leader, New Supervisor Orientation, Human Performance Improvement, Make a Great Impression on the Customer, etc. Conducting needs assessments with TRG leadership to determine skill gaps. Determining the appropriate learning solutions to close performance gaps. Designing and improving training programs. Measuring the success of training initiatives. Performing duties associated with setting up learning programs. Maintaining and updating training materials. Facilitating some TRG technical training programs. Supporting the administration of the TRG Learning Management System. Researching new developments in the training industry. Assisting in the development of on-line and webcast learning programs. Ability to travel approximately 20%.



Bachelors degree in Business or Education required. PHR certification or other training certifications preferred. 2-3 years experience in a training/learning environment required. Human Resources background preferred. Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred. Instructional Design capabilities required. Proven leadership skills. Knowledge of adult learning concepts and methods preferred.
