Senior Vice President of HR

Job Description

 

Dolce International, a global hospitality company located in New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Vice President of HR who will be responsible for managing all HR functions at the corporate headquarters and 20 properties in the U. S., Canada and Europe. The ideal candidate must possess both strategic and operational skills with sound technical and analytical ability. In this role the SVP will be relied upon as much for business acumen as for HR skills.

 

The SVP of HR will be a key player with the senior management team in developing and in executing corporate strategies, and in providing leadership in the culture and soul of the company. The ideal candidate will be able to mentor, develop and challenge his/her HR managers and other managers at the corporate office and on properties. This candidate must be an HR generalist with proven skills in associate relations, communications, diversity programs, and insurance programs (i.e. health benefits, and workers compensation).
