Site Development Recruiter Wanted

A nationally recognized company providing a full line of development services to the telecom industry is looking for a recruiter to assist in staffing our projects across the country.  We currently have more than 100 people working for us in 11 offices across the country and we are growing quickly.  This position will be located in our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.

 

The successful candidate will work with the National Resource Director to identify, screen and hire candidates to perform RF engineering, project management, site acquisition, A&E coordination and construction management services across the country.

 

The successful candidate must have:A proven ability to select and hire good candidates. Excellent communication skills A very strong ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize. Bachelors Degree Previous experience working with wireless carriers is preferable.

This position will involve a significant amount of computer and phone usage and may involve travel.

 

Successful candidates must complete a drug screening and background check.
