Sourcing Recruitment Prog Mgr

Overview : Banner Health, one of the largest Healthcare Providers has an opportunity for a part-time Sourcing Recruitment Program Mgr. This position will be responsible for assisting in assessing healthcare workforce needs at all levels of Banner Health and continually provide innovative recommendations to attract hires for hard to fill positions. Responsibilities :

Responsible for assisting the region in sourcing a consistent flow of qualified candidates, identify and develop a shared understanding of regional and national labor market trends, networks and benchmarks both within and out of the industry, indentify creative/innovative sourcing and recruitment solution, develop new programs/strategies, facilitate implementation, facilitate communication between the Region Team and Banner Health Sourcing and Recruitment and provides a statnadardized Banner Health and Sourcing infrastructure for legal and contractual agreements, marketing, educational and employment opportunities, tracking applicants etc.

Qualifications :

Master's degree preferred or an equivalent of five years related experience and or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires expertise in recruitment, healthcare workforce trends/future projections and workforce supply solutions. Must have highly effective verbal, written, facilitation and good computer skills.
