Specialist, HRIS

Position is responsible for implementing and maintaining our web-based benefits content management software (Authoria) and intranet site (SharePoint), as well as assisting with maintenance and expansion of SYSCO?s benefits Web portal.

Position scope includes, but is not limited to:
? Maintenance of Authoria application including web pages, content development and input, implementation of new modules, testing, upgrades and support.
? Identifying, communicating and coordinating Authoria bridge changes with HRIS programmers.
? Maintaining user access in Oracle database using SQL.
? Coordinating software upgrades with IT and vendors.
? Working closely with benefits Web site developer to implement and test modifications to site.
? Coordinating with IT, vendors and HRIS technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve web application software issues.
? Working with HRIS technical support to maintain Web site server security including the segregation of operating company data (benefit programs, policies, etc.)
? Generating/monitoring/communicating statistical reports of access/usage.
? Implementing and maintaining HRIS information in web environment (MS SharePoint).
? Assisting with research and analysis of new HR technologies.
? Providing ongoing Web site support to HRIS, operating companies and associates.

- 4-year college degree or equivalent web development experience.
- Proficient in use of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cold Fusion, Authoria, SharePoint and benefits/HR experience a plus.
