Sr. Benefits Administrator

Administer and communicate the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.  Surveys market data in order to determine company?s competitive position in employee benefits.  Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs.  Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws.  Other responsibilities include completing various surveys, cost benefits analysis, interface with benefit plan TPA, health care providers, resolutions of benefits issues, plan administration, HR metrics, plan provider billings reconciliation, intranet benefits web site maintenance, service awards, benefits statements and plan documents. 

 

Requirements:  Demonstrated 5-10 years of general HR experience in a high tech industry, with 3-5 years in the development, design, and administration of benefits including, but not limited to, Health Care, Disability, life insurance, 401K FSA, and general benefit programs.  Domestic benefits experience is required and international benefits experience would be highly desirable.  Effective written and verbal communications including platform skills on an individual and group basis with all levels of employees, including the executive staff to explain various benefits programs.  Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.  Experience in other facets of HR, including tactical and strategic employee relations and compensation would be preferred.  Must be detail-oriented, well organized with a focus on internal customer satisfaction.
