Sr. Benefits Specialist

The Sr. Benefits Specialist will perform day-to-day administration of Pier 1's benefit plans.? Specific responsibilities include:

Provide daily customer service, via associate helpline, to all Pier 1 associates regarding questions and concerns about Pier 1 benefit plans
Manage day-to-day participant directed activities for Stock Purchase Plan
Complete requests for benefit information from state and local child support agencies. Determine if health order received is a qualified order and respond accordingly.
Assist with data entry for monthly and annual welfare plan enrollment processes.
Perform administrative functions for Workers Compensation (filing) and Benefits department (new files/mail/email)
Assist with administration of Associate Discount, Service Award and Relocation programs.

2-year college degree or equivalent

1 ? 3 years previous experience

Good customer service skills

Organization skills
Ability to multi-task
