The Benefits and Retirement organization offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring strong analytical skills and knowledge of benefits. Supporting a population of more than 3,000 active employees and more than 20,000 retirees, the Senior Benefits & Retirement Analyst facilitates the alignment and improvement of our pension and benefits policies, processes and programs.

In this challenging role, you will review and analyze information to prepare defined benefit and equity compensation calculations, applying equations and other complex methods. You will be responsible for the administration, analysis and generation of reports related to pension benefit and equity compensation programs while meeting regulatory compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley and annual audit reporting requirements. Additionally, you will play a significant role in developing and implementing administrative, financial and systems controls, including reconciliations and documentation. This position interfaces with participants, management, auditors and internal team members.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage projects with an emphasis on work product quality and efficiency, will work well under pressure and will have experience prioritizing multiple high-importance projects. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting or Finance, with preference for an MBA. At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, benefits and/or system develpment is necessary. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, equity compensation, pension, or benefits compliance is strongly desired.
