Sr. Consultant-Organizational Effectiveness
Beacon Associates, Inc., a highly respected business and technology consulting firm, is seeking a full-time Senior Consultant to lead, design, and develop organizational effectiveness solutions for the federal market. This includes: performance management systems, training development, competency modeling, survey design, human capital planning, change management, strategic alignment, research and statistical design.
Qualifications: Masters degree in a related field; at least 12 years combined experience in performance management, project management, and organizational effectiveness; MUST have experience working with the federal market; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills; Strong PC skills; Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and handle multiple tasks and situations simultaneously.
Special Considerations:Candidates must be willing to undergo a security background check as part of the hiring process. Relocation is not available for this position.
