Primary responsibilities will include providing investigative analysis on complex personnel issues. The representative will represent the Bank on all pre-litigation employee disputes including mediation and settlement negotiations.  Representative will investigate and respond to agency complaints by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data based on relevant evidence within established deadlines.  Agency responses will argue the Bank’s position using legal case precedent, internal investigation, and Bank policies and procedures to reach acceptable resolutions based on persuasive arguments.


 



The ideal candidate will possess 5 plus years of HR generalist or employee relations experience with extensive EEO law knowledge. Must have strong persuasive, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels, including attorneys, state/federal agencies, wage commissioners, mediators, and internal managers.
