In your new role you will use your experience and vision to continue our penetration into our chosen target market verticals of technology, financial service, and professional service industries.


As part of our Texas team based in Dallas, you will service and manage about 50 clients in the Texas region. Serving as a professional SR.HR consultant, you will manage the customer relationship, plan and implement HR initiatives, drive projects to completion and provide counsel to all levels of management and employees. The position is very hands-on and includes strategic planning with the client and executing on initiatives that you and senior management build. External client consulting will be a great benefit to have. Your experience in transactional, functional and strategic HR Services will be necessary to successfully build long term relationships with our clients. If you are a highly experienced and top performing Sr. HR generalist who can excel in a consulting environment with multiple clients around challenging metrics, we want to hear from you.
