Sr. HR Manager/Generalist - IT Company in Reston

Software AG is an established $500 million a year software company with a 35 year global presence.  The company is utilizing its strong customer base and broad resources to build future growth around Business Integration and Service Oriented Architectures for Fortune 1000 companies.  By putting in place a dedicated Sales and Marketing team for its XML Business Integration products, the North America region of Software AG is entering its next growth phase of implementing its growth strategy.  To support this, Software AG is looking to fill key positions on this focused team. 

 

We are seeking a Sr. HR Manager/Generalist who will manage all strategic, tactical and legal aspects of Employment. Advises management on and structures and manages all issues of performance. Ensures the company complies with all Federal EEO, OFCCP and immigration regulations and associated reporting requirements. Responsible for managing recruitment function for all open positions. Advises and designs structural and resource definitions to align with business objectives. Architects and orchestrates organizational changes. Identifies general and targeted management development requirements and determines appropriate delivery. Identifies and drives operational Process Improvement Programs.

REQUIREMENTS

 

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of generalist experience, preferably in a high-tech environment. Position has supervisory responsibilities/management of staff. Qualified candidates must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills and should feel comfortable working within all levels of management. Excellent presentation skills are required. Candidates should have experience with all of the following:
