Sr. Human Resource Manager

Sr. Human Resource Manager - El Paso

The Woodbridge Group, Flame Lamination, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager located out of the El Paso, Texas facility. The requirements of this position are as follows:Position duties are divided between El Paso Flame Lamination plant and Slab Lamination facilities, to include both local and Corporate HR responsibilities. Bachelors degree and a professional human resources designation Minimum 10 years progressive HR generalist experience in both plant and corporate environments. A solid working knowledge of applicable employment legislation including health & safety, human rights, employment law and labour relations in Mexico; International human resources knowledge and experience is a strong asset Demonstrated competence in staffing professional, management, technical, clerical, skilled trades and production functions including structured recruitment and selection processes A commitment to positive employee relations and team building Strong interpersonal and inter-cultural skills. Knowledge of both Mexican and United States HR practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate, ability to work in spreadsheets and word-processing coupled with knowledge of HRIS systems. Must be "fluent" in English and Spanish. Frequent travel required. Must be mobile and willing to relocate as needed.
