FUNCTIONS:

 

This position is responsible for the following area:

 

Employment process including recruiting, employee relations, employee communications, special programs, disciplinary process, annual review process, compliance and administration of employee programs.

? Responsible for equitable administration of policies and procedures for multiple locations

? Educate and train HR employees on policies and procedures

? Employee Relations and communications

? HRIS; user security, table maintenance, reportsmith

? Manage HR staff

? Ad Hoc projects as required

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

? Bachelors degree in HR, Business or Accounting

?7+ years experience in a professional HR position with atleast 5 years in a Sr. level Manager role

? Experience with ADP Enterprise and Reportsmith required

? Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio

? Experience working with multi-state and union labor force

? Excellent communication skills ? group presentation and facilitation of training

? Strong analytical skills
