Position Summary:
As the Sr. Manager, Organizational Development/Team Leader you will oversee all organizational effectiveness and organizational design worldwide. Major responsibilities include:
Recruiting, hiring, and retaining a team of highly capable, engaged OE/OD consultants.
High performance teamwork, ensuring technical competencies, performance management, input and professional & career development.
Ensuring capability of internal and external OE/OD resources to lead strategic change, organization design and other OE/OD work as needed.
Lead the initiative to build strategic change capability across the organization.
Lead creation and implementation of change framework, process and tools to ensure a common aproach to change exits across the organization.
Provide expert consulting to the Product Supply Organization and ensure supply mega-process in a way that enables them to achieve business and organizational goals.



Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience. Master's degree in Organization Development or relevant field his highly preferred.
10 years related business experience, with at least 3-5 of those years in an organization effectiveness/organizational developoment or relevant role.
Experience within an organization, as an internal consultant working on a major strategic change initiative.
Experience with alliances, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions desired.
