Fannie Mae is on search for the best HRIS talent available!   Our HRIS group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to partner with the business and liaison with HR Technology in implementing HR Operational Improvements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
? Managing a team of 3-4 business analysts in support of operational improvements with PeopleSoft.
? Partnering with the business to develop project scope, objectives and detailed project plans to meet business objectives
? Responsible for the management of HR initiatives from small to large scaled projects (technology and business process initiatives)
? Work as the liaison with HR Technology to ensure they are kept abreast of requests/projects that have been added to the planning list and any changes in prioritization
The successful candidate will have the following professional qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science a must
? Five to seven years of HR PeopleSoft experience a must
? Experience managing large and complex projects
? Proficient use of Microsoft products (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
? Strong attention to detail required
? Applicant must possess excellent written and verbal
?   Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
? Ability to multi-task
? Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and resolve process and business issues as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills
? Effective interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
