Full Life Cycle Senior Recruiter w/Strong Client Management Skills
Kforce is seeking a seasoned client-facing recruiter to support recruitment for various business positions for a Fortune 500 client. This role will be responsible for recruiting strategy design and execution; candidate sourcing and screening; and effective client management for 25+ positions at any given time. The successful candidate must possess 3+ years recruiting experience in a fast paced, metric-driven recruiting environment with multiple client demands.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our ideal candidate will be a recruiter whose experience is largely NON-TECHNICAL, as the positions you will be responsible for filling will be non-technical (i.e., marketing sales, etc.).
