Sr. Sourcing Recruiter

Professionally and efficiently build and develop a sourcing strategy and network designed to identify and attract management to support our expansion within KCI Operations.

 Major Job Accountabilities:

 

Staff Recruitment ? Source and recruit qualified applicants for open staff positions, by initiating the process of non-traditional and traditional recruitment.

 

Staff Selection ? Identify top quality candidates and schedule phone, and personal interviews, as applicable, adhering to established departmental procedures.

 

Documentation ? Document and track all assigned positions from original requisition until positions is filled while maintaining current status of position ensuring all excel status reports, interview notes, disposition notes, candidate records, and all other paperwork are retained in documentation file which is forwarded to the HRIS staff ensuring thorough and accurate completion.

 

Customer Service ? Establish an excellent working relationship with all hiring managers and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service provided and proactively make recommendations to improve recruiting efforts.

 

Agency Coordination ? Help coordinate efforts with outside recruitment agencies and ensure consistency is maintained amongst contracts.  Assist with the development of a sourcing database to be used company wide.

 

 Qualifications:

 
Seven years recruitment sourcing experience in either a Corporate or Agency environment.

 
Three years Internet recruitment and or ATS Applicant Tracking Systems experience.

 
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

 
Ability to develop and maintain rapport with various key outside networks and professional organizations.

 
Project Management experience with multiple outside recruitment agencies.

 
Contract reviewing and negotiating experience.

 
Ability to perform in depth internet database research

 
Knowledge of OFCCP, AAP, Title VII / EEOC, and other applicable Employment Laws.

 
Strong use on non-traditional recruitment sources
