Sr. Technical Recruiter

Spherion is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiters to join the onsite operations team for a prominent client. These recruiters can be based in one of three locations; Bridgewater, NJ, Somerset, NJ or Long Island City, NY.

Primary responsibilities would include:

?  Consultative recruitment service delivery, working collaboratively with client hiring managers and related personnel

?  Recruiting, interviewing and closing pre-qualified candidates

?  Directing the sourcing of candidates using a wide variety of vehicles

?  Defining, implementing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies that meet the staffing needs of the client

?  Overseeing of candidate disposition in Recruitment Management System

?  Meet project deadlines daily/weekly

?  Any additional responsibilities as assigned

The successful candidates must possess or demonstrate:

?  4-5 years experience in a diverse technical recruitment environment; large corporate environment experience preferred

?  Leadership experience and attributes

?  Superior verbal and written communication skills

?  Computer savvy; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) applications highly desired

?  Willingness to accept and apply constructive criticism and direction

?  Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently

?  Excellent time management and problem solving skills

?  Ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner

?  Work well independently and in a team environment
