Job Description:
Join a fun, fast-paced, team environment. Develop your skills in the Staffing function of Human Resources. You will support a 6 person Staffing team in sourcing and scheduling candidates. Coordinate new hires and orientation. Manage the employee requisition process. Assist with the co-op and intern program. Represent MFS to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience. Perform special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge and experience in a Human Resources environment a plus. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. HR systems knowledge preferred.
