As a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter your responsibilities will include:
? Responsible for recruiting candidates
? Evaluating potential leads/job openings
? Negotiating with clients, account management,
? Moderate business development and maintaining relationships
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree
? 2-3 years accounting/finance, sales, customer service, and/or recruiting experience
? Must be a people person and loves a fast-paced environment
? Exposure to the recruiting industry huge plus, but not required
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? High level of professionalism and business acumen
? Strong client service orientation
