We?re looking for motivated individuals that possess a compelling combination of the following abilities and traits:

Organization ? Ability to establish and follow a schedule of regular operational tasks and monitor department delivery schedules to ensure that customer requirements are met Communication ? Excellent verbal and written skills, to include creative and persuasive writing to support marketing pieces, and an understanding of analytical writing for reporting and artifact development; solid proofreading and editing skills would be considered a plus Customer-service ? Comfortable interacting with customers at all levels, able to prioritize requests and work cooperatively to resolve issues Teachable ? Grasps new concepts and applications quickly, embraces new technologies and change Education/Experience ? A Bachelor?s degree is desired, although a combination of college and work experience (in an office or technical environment) will be considered At least 2 years of professional experience is preferred, but will consider a new graduate



Strong familiarity with as many of the following technical elements of this position as possible (and the ability to demonstrate your level of understanding) is critical for the successful candidate:

E-mail (MS Outlook and basic Internet/SMTP/POP3 e-mail concepts) Windows XP Professional (with an understanding of PC networking) and MS Office Enterprise web-based applications management experience strongly preferred Experience in customer service role Strong demonstrable research skills Willingness to work extended hours Willingness to adapt to rapid change and work at a fast pace
