Staffing Manager

SunTrust Bank is currently seeking a Staffing Manager in our Atlanta, GA office.

 

The Staffing Manager manages all executive staffing activity for the Central Group. In addition, provides client management and guidance to major client groups and corresponding HR Relationship Managers. May serve as liaison to other Staffing Managers and primary liaison to the appropriate HRRMs. May serve as Strategic Staffing Partner for a LOB, Geography or Function.  Manages and provides strategic guidance to recruiting teams on staffing policy, process, tools and techniques.  Escalation point for complex staffing issues.  Maintains production compliance and service standards. Provides coaching, development and evaluation of subordinates. Develops strategic staffing plans for more complex staffing initiatives.  Responsible for staffing senior level openings.

 

Requirements include at least 5+ years of experience managing large, complex, or specialty recruiting teams - at least 2 years of executive staffing experience.

? Minimum 7 years experience recruiting, including providing customer service, meeting recruiting metrics and maintaining compliance standards

? Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing recruiting strategies and programs

? Experience with advanced sourcing techniques

* Demonstrated people development and leadership skills

? Demonstrated independent problem solving on complex staffing and HR issues

? In depth knowledge of EEO compliance and employment laws

? Demonstrated experience and skills in client relations with executive level clients and senior HR functional partners

? Ability to interface with senior level management

* Project Management experience
