Staffing Manager - Field Operations (Sales, Marketing and Support)

Job Summary:  


Lead and manage all recruiting resources, activities and processes for one of four major business groups within NetApp: Enterprise Storage Systems (ESS), Emerging Products Group (EPG),  Field Operations (Sales, Marketing and Support) or Corporate Operations (G&A).


 


Essential Functions:

Successfully partner with a wide variety of internal constituents (VPs Directors, Human Resource Business Partners, corporate HR groups etc).
Set expectations and agree on customer service agreement regarding hiring strategies for future headcount (@Division level).
Gain buy-in with client group re: staffing processes, procedures, support.
Manage, Support, train & direct recruiters re: staffing processes, procedures, customer support expectations, resources and needed tools (ie., technical skills, performance skills, must haves, prefer to have, etc).
Success at developing, mentoring and building a strong recruiting team including remote locations.
Act as a consultant and liaison between client group, human resources, and staffing organization.
Monitor and track # of requisitions/mgrs- plus- metrics/reports – address issues and variances.
Communicate metrics to client group and staffing team.
Develop strategy for staffing team overall recruiting success (resources, tools, activities, etc.,) Initiate status meetings w/recruiter(s) on regular basis (requisitions/mgrs- plus- metrics/reports).
Communicate requisition status to client group & staffing manager.
Ability to participate in and/or lead a variety of projects that may involve multiple key recruitment, human resource or company-wide initiatives.


Requirements:  


MUST HAVE knowledge & experience (5-10yrs) of entire recruiting process (Full-Cycle), experience  with successfully interfacing w/Stakeholders to understand hiring strategy for client group (@Division level).


 


Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint,  automated recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS systems.


 


Education:  


BS/BA in related field, advance degree preferred.
