Staffing Manager - Louisville Service Operations

Humana is looking for Staffing Manager to develop and execute Humana's strategy for attracting top tier talent for their dynamic and ever changing Call Centers . This is a highly visible role within the organization.

The successful candidate must be polished, professional and possess the ability to interface and communicate with all levels of leadership within the enterprise.


Responsibilities will include:

* The Staffing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Recruiters and HR Specialists who support the Louisville and Tampa National Contact Centers.

* Establish strong networking relationships with members of the commnunity and build strong partnerships with internal leadership.

* Promote Human Capital and Workforce Planning initiatives

* Understand local and national market / economic forces to accurately advise business leaders on staffing projections and expectations

* Manage special projects as assigned


Job Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

3-5 years in a leadership role with a demonstrated ability to create strategy, develop project plans, and execute successfully on assigned initiatives.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to identify and attract top tier talent from multiple sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both inside and outside of Humana.

Success at utilizing 'Best Practice' recruiting methods as well as developing new creative sources for attracting candidates.

Strong technology skills and experience with the use of an Applicant Tracking System are required.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree, Masters Degree preferred.
