Staffing Project Manager - Latin America

Description:
The primary role of this position is to lead a team of recruiting specialists in the process to source, identify and present candidates to Rockwell Automation Control Systems Hiring Managers and Human Resource Managers in Latin America Region.

Coordinate the implementation and utilization of multiple sourcing methods; facilitate the identification and selection of world-class diverse talent (to include internal and external candidates) for professional, technical and administrative positions.

Act as the liaison with the Corporate Staffing Team in order to identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.

Functional Competencies:

o Manage the Staffing Process in the region, source and identify candidates for open positions through a variety of methods, such as direct recruiting, third party sourcing, internet sourcing, internal posting responses, internal transfers, employee referrals, employment advertisements, and the use of the electronic resume management tools.

o Implement and manage direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions across the region.

o Identify and implement data mining strategies of multiple internet resume databases for possible candidates and assesses quality of candidates and employment sites. Execute basic and advanced e-recruiting techniques to identify active and passive candidates.

o Evaluate candidates against requisition criteria

o Develop sourcing strategies to assist in candidate flow for all areas .

o Track and monitor all candidates via BrassRing updates to provide key staffing metrics including time to fill, cost per hire, aging of open reqs .

o Manage and guide the work of Recruiters Specialists to ensure recruiting deliverables are met.

Qualifications:
Education Required:

o Bachelor's degree / MBA preferred . Formal recruiting training is desired.
Formal training in general business topics and project management desirable.
