Job Description: Responsible for recruiting and selecting professional and managerial staff from internal and external sources for the Internet Services Group. Plans and conducts innovative employment advertising campaigns, job fairs, etc. to recruit candidates. Develops effective working relationships with professional recruitment agencies, schools and all levels of internal management. Conducts interviews, evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities and consults with management to recommend candidates, starting salaries, etc. Consults with hiring managers to recommend candidates, offer packages, etc. Provides candidates with information on the company.


Minimum Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have experience in the following areas:
4+ years recruiting experience
Proven experience creating innovative sourcing strategies that include campus recruitment, diversity recruitment, marketing/advertising campaigns and prospecting/sourcing techniques such as cold-calling.
Experience developing effective relationships with college placement offices, professional organizations, and other networking opportunities.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions and candidates.
Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels within the organizations.
Exceptional internal and external customer service skills


Preferred Skills: Intermediate knowledge of recruiting software and Microsoft Office Suite
