Under the general direction of the Branch Manager, independently carries out all essential day to day branch operations procedures. Provides exceptional service to clients and temporaries, contributing to a positive and dynamic working environment and branch growth.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Screens and schedules appointments for applications from various recruiting sources. Conducts applicant interviews, testing, training and orientation, communicating and administrating the company's benefit programs to applicants. Selects and makes hiring decisions.
Receives client orders and independently analyses the client needs, matching and placing qualified applicants according to requirements.
Recruits qualified applicants by executing branch recruiting plan.
Maintains documentation of all branch files and records, filing, and performs general office duties.
Enters data regarding applicant/employee, client orders, updates, quality checks, etc. into branch automation system.
Necessary Skills, Abilities & Requirements
Must be regarded as someone that has ability to help solve customer and employee problems.
Must be able to maintain stable performance and poise while working in a high stress enviornment.
Must possess basic mathematical skills
Must work well with people
Must be able to plan, organize and schedule in an efficient, productive manner.
Must have ability to effectively analyze employee/client problems and make judgement calls for resolution.
Must be able to work independently while using logic, rationality, objectivity and common-sense in decision making process.
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to aquire, understand and absorb new information rapidly.
Must be a resourceful problem solver.
