Staffing Specialist/Client Service Coordinator

Join a fast growing International Human Resource Management Services Company that provides onsite staffing vendor management business solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. The Staffing Specialist/Client Service Coordinator will be located near Torrance, CA and will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our managed staffing services, reporting to the Program Manager.

Job duties will encompass:

* Liason betweent the staffing vendors and the hiring managers for the fulfillment of temporary staffing orders that are from administrative to professional in nature.

* Front-end HR responsibilities to encompass new worker orientation, data entry, and maintenance of new worker information, problem resolution (creative problem solving skills).

* Interfacing with clients with all levels of management and must have high level of customer service exp.


Job Requirements:

* Staffing/Recruiting exp. required

* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience building relationships with all levels of management

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow

* Strong problem solving abilities

* Organized/detail oriented

* Proficient computer skills (word, excel and outlook)

* Flexible with ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
