Strategic Recruitment Metrics/Process Consultant

Responsible for developing a methodology to analyze recruiting and hiring data.  Develops tracking mechanisms to evaluate recruitment ROI and progress on staffing strategies.  Create use of metrics that support company's ability to understand current performance and identify priorties and trending indicators.  Ideal candidate will possess strength in technology, building metrics and systems to support strategic staffing and workforce planning, employmemt branding and college relations.  Assist in the development of annual talent acquistion budget.

 

Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

 

Bachelors of Business, Finance, HR Management, or other related field of training.  5-7 years experience in large, complex organizations with best practice employment functions.  Experience in mid level to senior level recruiting.  Experience with supporting diversity initiatives. Proficient in the use of technology, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables, ATS, HRIS.
