Supervisor of Staffing Service in Spokane

ACCOUNTABILITY:

A sales position responsible for pursuing, maintaining and growing revenue within the staffing and direct hire placement business.  Some accounts and/or a market may be assigned in addition to expected new business development.  You may be responsible for developing a market from scratch with no prior existing business.  Will plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in placements on a staff augmentation, project staffing, temporary, temp-to-perm and/or direct hire basis. Client activities include client development, new account and retention sales calls, obtaining requisitions/job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervising staff members.

- Managing the office from an operational aspect.

- Manage multiple client relationships and engagements.

- Development and implementation of strategic plans to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships.

- Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.

- Activity based selling to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals.

- Work closely with recruitment staff to insure clear requirements are defined and specific recruitment focus is attained.

- Leadership in partnering with recruitment staff so they identify potential leads through recruiting activities; AE encourages and consistently accepts leads, pursues for business development and communicates results.

- Attain consistent balanced activity in all areas defined by the Activity Metrics.

- Participate in targeted sales initiatives as directed.

- Identify appropriate risk-level solutions opportunities.

- Review media and weekly ads to identify trends and prospects.

- Maintain and document client communication along with marketing/development progress by client.

- Input and update information into automated recruiting database including client, requirements/job orders, contact information and activities for metrics.

- Develop prospect list and execute a targeted sales and marketing plan to generate new business.

- Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately communicate requirements to those who will fill positions.

- Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction and marketing objectives.

- Determine pay and bill rates to meet or exceed pricing guidelines while maintaining a competitive level in the marketplace.

- Other duties as assigned.

 

5 or more years in a like capacity. Strong sales abilitiy. Able to build branch from ground up, Hight base salary, plus bonus on personal performance and overrides on staffs.
