Systems/Financial Lead Recruiter, Senior

Key Role: Apply project management skills to create and execute a responsive recruiting plan to fulfill the staffing needs of multiple hiring managers within Booz Allen. Act as a partner with internal client teams to ensure that a team providing recruiting services positively impacts their business. Build relationships with hiring managers to serve as a trusted advisor. Manage internal client expectations. Devise and implement creative sourcing strategies to generate a robust and superior candidate pipeline. Work with other recruiters to support global recruiting initiatives and improve processes and the quality of service delivery.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-7+ years of experience with working in a fast-paced, high-volume full life-cycle recruiting environment

-Experience with financial recruiting preferred

-Experience with results-oriented partnering with hiring managers and clients to impact their business

-Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, showing professional maturity and business savvy

-Ability to use a variety of creative sourcing techniques

-Ability to negotiate offers

-Possession of excellent oral communication skills
